To avoid any misconceptions between the Powdermill Inc. and our valued customers, the following terms and conditions have been compiled:

¨                   Payment in full by Cash, Visa, or MASTERCARD at time of pickup, deposits may be required

¨                   Powder coating will not compensate for incomplete welds, therefore the Powder Mill Inc. is not responsible for voids in the coating

¨                   All weld spatter and smut must be removed to ensure coating adhesion

¨                   All estimates are based on the original list of materials provided by the customer; any additions, deletions or changes will affect the estimate

¨                   All cast material requires baking out; this is time dependant upon size & configuration of the part

¨                   Any extra pretreatment, in addition to the 5-stage process, will incur additional charges, i.e. baking out, sticker removal, hand sanding or scrubbing, removal of plastic or rubber parts, excessive oil or grease, taping, etc., $65.00 per hour

¨                   Costs of specialty powders or non- stocked colors as well shipping costs must be prepaid

¨                   Special handling/hanging/racking costs i.e. heavy items will incur additional charges

¨                   RUSH ORDERS will incur additional charges

¨                   Intricate and detailed designs incur a minimum of 20% surcharge of original quote

¨                   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their project can withstand 400 degrees Fahrenheit/powder curing temperature

¨                   All estimates & quotes are based on Tiger Drylac 80% Black Gloss or Signal White

¨                    Hot rolled steel and pipe varnish must be removed by blasting to a white metal grade prior to powder coating

¨                   All items are F.O.B. - Powdermill Inc.

¨                   Variation in color can occur from batch to batch of powder coatings.  Color and texture samples have been matched as closely as possible.  Paper & ink limitations as well as influence of heat & light account for differences from actual coatings.

¨                   Due to powder coatings characteristics on intricate/tight or extreme angles, touch ups with a liquid paint may be required

¨                   Powder coating may fail due to the following: accident, abuse, neglect, extreme weather conditions, chemicals or any other unknown conditions

¨                   No guarantees or warranties are extended or implied

¨                   Powdermill Inc. limits liability to price of services rendered and/or price of goods supplied.  No consequential damages or third party liabilities

¨                   The Powder Mill Inc is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. 

¨                   Items will be repackaged in shipping materials supplied by the customer

¨                   The Powder Mill will not assume responsibility for any items left on our premises after completion

¨                   Invoice minimum $250.00
