The Powder Mill Inc is a job shop coater with 7 years of finishing expertise servicing: OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), fabricators, stamping houses, machine shops, as well as private residences. The uses for powder coated products is continuously growing.  The durable covering provided by powder coating has made the process highly beneficial to various industries and The Powder Mill Inc will coat almost any substrate for industrial, commercial and residential applications.  We are small enough to handle your account personally, but large enough to deal with high volume finishing. Reverse Osmosis is not widely used as part of the pre-coating process, however in order to ensure superior cleanliness (and in turn quality/durability) the Powder Mill has chosen to include Reverse Osmosis in its cleansing process.

Who is The Powder Mill Inc? 

The Powder Mill is family owned and operated by Danny & Terry Saunders along with their very important employees beginning in January 2000.  We spent 1999 researching powder coating, in various places including British Columbia, Ontario, and parts of Northern USA.  That research enabled us to quickly set the high standards of quality that The Powder Mill is known for.  Everyone at The Powder Mill is dedicated to quality & service, as well as providing excellent turn around times.

To further improve our commitment to quality & service we expanded our facility.  In December 2004 we moved to 6815 76 Ave Edmonton AB.  Our new location doubled our space to work in, as well as provided us with over 10,000 sq feet of unenclosed yard in addition to our paved parking lot.  We will also be adding blasting services to our services at this location.
